My husband and I recently went to Subaru Santa Fe in hopes of purchasing a vehicle. From the very beginning before even arriving to the dealership, we were met with phone calls and text messages from Mr. Travis Pecos, with nothing but helpful information and options to best suit our needs. Upon arrival, we were able to meet with Mr. Pecos, who was very positive and pleasant to work with. He made the purchasing process very smooth and exciting as it should be. He answered all questions, tailored the search to our needs, and in the end helped us make a wise, informed decision of which vehicle would best suit us with no pressure at all.
When it was time to work with the financing department, we met with Mr. Robey. He was very pleasant to work with as well. He helped us through the entire process regarding the finances, warranties, insurance, etc. In an area that I'm not very informed in, I had quite a few questions and uncertainties. Mr. Robey took the time to explain all the information presented, and ensured our understanding before we signed any forms.
Overall, the two gentlemen that my husband and I worked with were very pleasant, professional, and were extremely educated in their field. I would recommend Subaru Santa Fe to family, friends, and acquaintances due to the very smooth, pleasant experience. We would also enjoy returning to this particular dealership in search of our next vehicle.

Joe is the absolute best! He was inviting and kind making a sweet joke when I arrived. Although he was super busy he went above and beyond helping me take off my cargo box so my car could go through the car wash. Many customers kept interrupting him in his tasks and he patiently and kindly addressed their concerns.
